Staying well, being the best we can be takes effort, time , and some money.
It also requires self awareness.
Its up to you to determine what needs to stay and what needs to go.
We always think of ADDING to our routines. How about shedding or eliminating what is not good for us or is not working.
Shed (eliminate) activities that don't move the needle forward!
Add activities that can pay off exponentially.
Adding the habit of consistent spinal checks will improve the quality of your LIFE!
I cannot predict exactly in what area, but logic and 'how your body' works confirm it.
When you take care of the structure (backbones) that protect the neural highway system (nerve system) of the body... great things can happen!
